I used to have good experiences with UPS

Then I needed parts delivered in a timely manner.

I'm beyond pissed off at the quality of UPS service right now. The delivery drivers that bring the packages to me directly have all been incredibly professional and done very well at their jobs.

Why in the living fuck can't substitute drivers show the same level of professionalism? You don't see where the business is? Call the goddamn phone number on the shipping label you douchebag.

I have to wait even longer before I can finish work on my car. I've already waited a whole fucking week, and had to re-order a part because your numbnut driver couldn't dial a goddamn phone number. I want the car back on the goddamn road for fucks sake.

Weather related delay? I don't think so. There's no adverse weather anywhere near here, there wasn't any yesterday, or last night, or the day before that.

You dickheads, bring me my goddamn package.

We had a substitute driver leave a box outside the garage next to a rain gutter and another one handed me a soaking wet package.

I know your pain.

Let me tell you about the time they lost my motorcycle engine in transit back to me from Oregon where it had thousands of dollars worth of work done to it.

I need to take the car to a body shop, and I can't drive it without the part I'm waiting for. I also can't just take the parts to a body shop because they need to check panel gaps for fit. Never had problems like this last year. Just this year, basically from the beginning of the year, nearly all of my really important 2014 orders have been delayed or screwed up somehow. I don't like Fedex from previous experiences, but I think I'm willing to put my business back to them after this.

I have had ups drivers not even knock or ring the doorbell, and just leave the notice

I'm used to that kind of special treatment from the USPS. One time, I was at work waiting for a package, and the USPS driver didn't even pull into the parking lot. I watched him drive past twice.
